My last “Role Model”

In my high school’s years, I have read many books but one of them is Yokoyama Mitsuteru Sangokushi, a comic adaptation of the famous Chinese literary classic Romance of the Three Kingdoms. I quickly fell in love with it because its thrilling plot and comic style’s easy-to-read charecteristic. One of my favorite character is Zhuge Liang (Thai: ขงเบ้ง), he is my last role model and he is, according to Wikipedia, “the greatest and most accomplished strategist of his era”.

What I like about Zhuge Liang is that he’s always steady and calm. He’s always carefully think something throughly in his mind before commit it so that he always knows what to do in that particular situation. In folklore, some say he can predict and control weather but I think it’s because his broad knowledge in many field so he can predict, but not control, weather.

In his life he has create many new invention, famous one is Mantou (Thai: หมั่นโถว) and Kongming lantern. They’re a great example of his wisdom.

Zhuge Liang’s a great man but like any ordinary man he also failed but never he fell. Zhuge Liang is the role model everyone needed to follow.
